Our practice remains open for you to continue to have medical care. We are seeing patients in the office as well as offering telehealth visits so that you may have access to your medical provider without leaving your home. In addition to telehealth visits we are also performing visits in the parking lot for patients who aren't feeling well but would like to be seen in person. Telehealth visits can be done via smartphone or computer without downloading any apps. Our office staff can easily set this up for you by sending a link to your preferred device.

We are taking every precaution to keep our patients and staff healthy but we also need your help. If you are coming in to our office for any reason you must have a face covering worn correctly, covering both your mouth and nose. If you aren't feeling well please remain in your car and call us from the parking lot and advise our staff of your symptoms to see if you may enter.

Payments are accepted by check, cash or credit card.

  We participate in most insurance plans, including Medicare, but we do not accept Amerigroup or the United Healthcare Community Plan.
  If you are not insured by a plan that we do business with, payment is expected in full at each visit.
  If you are insured by a plan that we do business with, but don’t have an up-to-date insurance card, payment in full for each visit is required until we can verify coverage.

Knowing your insurance benefits is your responsibility.
